- We regret that we cannot cancel any orders once they have been placed with the manufacturer.
- Any cancellations at this point will incur a minimum cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that products ordered will fit into the room they are intended for. Be sure to measure doorways, hallways and any other access points to ensure the goods will fit before placing your order. We cannot accept items returned due to access problems.
- If your product develops a fault, we will endeavor to arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you or allow the selection of alternative goods by mutual agreement.
- You will be required to provide photos to us of any faults, or allow the inspection of your goods by a member of our team or supplier representative.
- Failing this or in other exceptional circumstances, a refund will be given.
